UGC का नया प्रावधान किसी सवर्ण के ख़िलाफ़ नहीं था, क्योंकि उसमें EWS भी शामिल था। इसके बावजूद जानबूझकर षड्यंत्रकारियों ने यह भ्रम फैलाया कि यह सवर्णों के ख़िलाफ़ है, और सरकार चुपचाप यह सब देखती रही। यह साफ़ दिखाता है कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी दलित, पिछड़ा और आदिवासी विरोधी है।

अभी चंद दिनों पहले UGC के नए प्रावधान के विरोध में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को गालियाँ दी गईं, उनके पोस्टरों पर चप्पल-जूते मारे गए और “मोदी तेरी कब्र खुदेगी” जैसे घृणित नारे लगाए गए। लेकिन न तो कहीं की पुलिस-प्रशासन ने कोई कार्रवाई की, न ही किसी को डिटेन किया गया।

दूसरी ओर, जब दलित-पिछड़े #UGC_लागू_करो का नारा लगाते हुए सड़क पर उतरे, तो देखिए कैसे पुलिस उन्हें बसों में भरकर ले जा रही है। इससे आप ख़ुद समझ सकते हैं कि बीजेपी सरकार दलितों, पिछड़ों और आदिवासियों की कितनी हितैषी है।

OBC is a big umbrella & v under-represented in higher academia. Inclusion of OBC in UGC guideline as protected category triggered savarnas most, they want it gone.

This will hit OBC students/staff badly. S, its baffling tht many OBC leaders welcoming the stay & not protesting!

देश के विश्वविद्यालयों में OBC, SC और ST आखिर हैं कहाँ? लेकिन नहीं, इसे जातिवाद नहीं कहेंगे!

क्लासरूम से लेकर प्रोफेसरशिप तक हर जगह सवर्णों का ओवर-रिप्रेज़ेंटेशन साफ़ दिखता है, फिर भी उन्हें 10% EWS आरक्षण दे दिया गया। अगर कभी ईमानदारी से जाति जनगणना हो जाए, तो शायद पता चले कि जिनके लिए 10% तय किया गया, उनकी आबादी भी उतनी ही है।

लेकिन नहीं—इसे भी जातिवाद नहीं माना जाएगा!

I don't think people realize how bad the slop is right now

It's not just that researchers from @GoogleDeepMind, @Meta, @MIT, @Cambridge_Uni are using AI - they allowed LLMs to generate hallucinations in their papers and didn't notice at all.

It's insane that these made it through peer review👇

अब सोचिए, जो आरक्षण सामाजिक न्याय और बराबरी लाने के लिए बना था, वही आज मज़ाक बन गया है।
संविधान का अनुच्छेद 15(4) और 16(4) साफ कहता है कि पिछड़े वर्गों, अनुसूचित जाति और जनजाति को समान अवसर और आरक्षण दिया जाएगा।

लेकिन हक़दार को मौका देने की जगह, ये तो आरक्षण के नाम पर उल्टा अन्याय हो रहा है।
ये स्थिति न सिर्फ संविधान के खिलाफ है, बल्कि सामाजिक न्याय की आत्मा पर भी चोट है।

क्या यही सपना था बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर का?
क्या यही विरासत है मंडल आयोग की?

अब वक्त है कि इस मुद्दे पर गंभीर बहस हो, वरना आरक्षण की बुनियाद ही खोखली हो जाएगी।
