@premierinn I booked a stay through the app. But then had to change the date of the stay. So I went into the app and amended the date off the booking. But now I have been charged twice. I called the service line and was told one of the charges was a no show.

@premierinn Just a quick note to say that I am disgusted at the way you have handled a parking ticket issued to my partner at one of your hotels
Despite clearly saying on your website that the parking was free for the evening and included in her stay she recieved a ticket!

@premierinn I have complained about my recent stay in your Romford hotel. Scolding water due to faulty taps,un clean room,no breakfast items,no toilet roll,no duvets/pillows,no towels,dirty towels left in bathroom. Your reply was sorry,nothing else. Simply not good enough.
