@Aetna Is there an easy way to obtain authorization online? Do Medicare Advantage plans require authorization for outpatient physical therapy? Now that Optum isn't managing the auths, I was unsure.

@CareFirst I'm unable to update our providers in your system. I've used every browser and none will allow me to "terminate" a provider. It just shows a blank box with the option to Print. But nothing will even print. Please help!
