1-Excluded category is sin for us.
2-Fix working hours.
3-Proper weekly rest.

Due to no rest, the problem of performance fatigue is being seen in SSE/JE/P-WAY. duty is not satisfactory on the site. It is necessary to ensure weekly rest of Pway Engineers by taking them out of "EXCLUDED CATEGORY".

We JE/SSE working on track are in worst condition due to excluded category.
We are assumed to work 24×7 with 8-12 hr. Daily routine duty.
How it is possible...?
We are working in this condition.
