This highlight shows the Seniority rules for "MUTUAL TRANSFERRED EMPLOYEES " as per MOR but in pway department of Delhi division, Seniority of Mutual transferred are assigned Randomly without considering rules. Please look into the matter. @drm_dli

Engineering department ki haalat itni buri hai ki PWI'S depression ke shikar ho rahe hai.
24×7 ki duty hr. Hai aur kaam itna ki kabhi khatam hi nahi hota.

@rly_staff Same problem is going on with JE/SSE(PWI'S) of engineering department.
Duty hr. is 24×7 with 8-10 hr. Daily fixed duty with no weekly rest & no LEAVE.
It increases the chances of accident due to mental disturbance.
Soon this system will collapse if board didn't awake.

Due to no rest, the problem of performance fatigue is being seen in SSE/JE/P-WAY. duty is not satisfactory on the site. It is necessary to ensure weekly rest of Pway Engineers by taking them out of "EXCLUDED CATEGORY".

1-Ensure weekly Rest
2-Make proper duty roster with defined maximum working hrs.

No weekly Rest
No any leaves
No emergency leave
24×7 working.( Daily >10hr. Working + emergency working daily).
Engineering department will collapse soon if didn't change its structure.

If PWI will stop working, railway stop totally.

PWI'S are super hero of railway but zero for society, family, etc.

We RAILWAY ENGINEERS(JE/SSE) shall be in group-b on the basis of-
Technical ground
Responsibility ground
Safety ground
Qualification ground
Engineering ground
Mortal ground
No promotion for us, why.?

We JE/SSE of PWAY are committed for safety of trains movement but due to lack of improvement in our cadre we are facing several issues
1.Fix working hours.
2.Proper weekly rest.

@railengg @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @directSSE_IR @allindiasse @all_airef @ire_association Yes I agree with this. As recruiting JE/SSE in the name of supervisor category, is using us technically as well as non technically, i.e giving salary for one position but making us work as in dual role.

If railway need supervisors reather then engineers, please don't recruit supervisors on the name of JE & SSE who comes after completing professional technical course.
Don't fool candidates.
