4 to conclude the last bullet point of recommendations made by @oxfamsouthsudan "ensure that the signing of R-ARCSS leads to long-term & sustainable peace for SSudan"
We will do our part by honoring our promise made by the first signature on the Khartoum declaration of agreemnt
3 Full context @oxfamsouthsudan no practice of custom can impede individual liberty. Addressed specifically in line "G" of article 17, the right of the child "not to be sujected to negative and harmful cultural practices which affect his /"HER" health, welfare and dignity #SSudan
2 @oxfamsouthsudan To clear the gray area, A child is anyone under the age of eighteen. Article 17 has "the rights of the child to life survival and development."
1. In @oxfamsouthsudan publication, page 12, referenced article 33 of our constitution, indicated CEFM is legal or is in a gray area per our constitution which protects "the rights of communities to practice their beliefs"
@VoicesofSSudan@UNmigration Child marriage could make girls "feel sad & unhappy" which lead to "runaway or commit suicide." Child marriage had been covered by a previous curator. However, in light of your topic and the publication by @oxfamsouthsudan I wanted to contribute this snippet from the publication.
“They are born to be married and give birth to children.” - - As children, our young girls deserve an education. - - "Born to be married" @oxfamsouthsudan conducted research in Nyal #SouthSudan, concluding 71% of girls are married before the age of 18

@onapa_s @DrAndrewTchie @Klem_Ryan_ IO wanted less presidential advisors &fewer states. They didnt get those. We wanted a complete demobilization of rebellious armies to be unified within the national army instead, we got cantonment sites. To govern is to compromise. NAS is being recalcitrant, offering no solutions
@DrAndrewTchie @Klem_Ryan_ Lastly, we have a variety of committees working on recommendations to restructure our country. One for the TGoNU constitution, @SSNatDialogue@CTSAMM_SSudan reforming the SPLA has already been recommended. After all, the position of chairman was the catalyst for '13
@DrAndrewTchie @Klem_Ryan_ I've given MP's $ so they are not riding on the back of motorbikes and to go back to their constituents and update them on the peace. To quote the monies out of context is.....well #fakenews
@IanECox@Klem_Ryan_ You may be looking for the blue checkmark, We're only looking to engage in informative dialogue that moves our country forward. Everything we tweet is fact and non tribal. This account operated by embassy staff of...
@Klem_Ryan_ Words spoken not as eloquently as the leader of the free worlds "The press is the enemy of the people."

"We will never surrender & our people will resist this regime. We will defend ourselves &the rights of our people of S.Sudan until we find a solution to our problems so that we rebuild our country" -Gen T Cirillo
A contradictory statement by the NAS as violence solves no problems
@Klem_Ryan_ Mr Ryan, we do not mind non signatories, we do mind recruiting, actively engaging in hostilities or planning in such a way to destabilize a region and gov. This would make you an enemy of the government in any country.
@siinchol@Klem_Ryan_ When we were at war, oil production was at an all time low, now we will be headed to pre-war oil production by 2020. This will allow us to make our country beautiful by investing in infrastructure. There is no money in crisis sir.
@DrAndrewTchie @Klem_Ryan_ The optimism Dr. Most major rebel groups signed, FD have reunified under SPLM, we are behind the target dates but we are accomplishing what we set out to do in the R-ARCSS, the process is slow but its coming along
None signatories are encouraged to sign to be a part of the peace, they are not forced to sign. However, if they continue to recruit & destabilize regions, we as the gov have to address these problems.
"As we speak NAS is the biggest threat to smooth implementation of the transitional security arrangement's in particular and R-ARCSS in general." - Maj Gen Lul Ruai Koang
