@ColHal77@HighlandFox@MyGolfSpy Depends on the speed. Further away if the green is rolling slower or uphill. Hand closer to your face if it’s faster or downhill. It’s something that you kinda get a feel for depending on where you’re playing.
@alkaloidaddict @wanyeburkett I’m all for questioning authority. And I’m all for trying to understand why history is portrayed the way it is. But if you can’t accept these basic facts, and accept not everything is a conspiracy, no one can help you. Our government is too inept to hatch a scheme like that.
@alkaloidaddict @wanyeburkett From the Axis standpoint, it was about world domination. It’s made clear in the words of Hirohito and Hitler. From the Allied pov, it was about morality. I’m not pointing out who was right or wrong, that’s just the facts. I don’t know English history so I can’t comment on that.
@alkaloidaddict @wanyeburkett FDR didn’t intentionally put the Navy in harms way. It was 50 years prior we started stationing troops there. It was to protect our territory. I’m definitely not an FDR fan, but saying he knowingly allowed the Japanese to kill American citizens is ignorant of actual history.
@alkaloidaddict @wanyeburkett Yeah, but it was a territory of the US on the path to statehood, where a lot of American citizens died. The government should not watch their people (and their ships and other military assets) die, and do nothing about it.
@alkaloidaddict @wanyeburkett Friendly reminder we entered the war because Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. And when we declared war on them, Germany instantly declared war on the US
@V_2_the_ictoria @CuylleTheGOAT Oh I know, and I’ve seen people much more hateful about it… but who cares, doesn’t matter much in the grand scheme of things for the team moving forward.
@CuylleTheGOAT @V_2_the_ictoria I agree. The fanbase as a whole seems to believe that he was destined to be a cane for life. And that he betrayed us by going elsewhere. He played like two months for us, and we were cup contenders before he signed. Weird to be so abrasive towards him.
