@StephenTompsett @models_by_Russ Actually ballot boxes are sealed by the presiding officer prior to the ballot box opening with numbered seal that also has to recorded and signed on separate form that goes with the ballot box at the end of poll. Electoral law allows any candidate to seal the ballot box as well.
