The Presidio Trust is a unique federal corporation that is fully financially self-sufficient while providing amazing public park access for everyone to enjoy. @RealtyPnw You may be referring to the neighborhood of Presidio Heights which is not in the Presidio. You can't own property outright in the Presidio because it's a federally managed national park site, but you can live here, work here, and lease buildings.

@rexsalisbury Many rideshare companies block out a certain radius for large events – it may be possible @Waymo did this for Fleet Week. This was not a decision made by the Presidio.
