Sweden’s Leaders Outraged Over Bacon—But Silent on Salwan Momika’s Execution

This week, Swedish authorities and university officials erupted in fury after slices of bacon were found on prayer mats and Korans at Linnaeus University.

The incident was swiftly labeled an “unacceptable violation against Muslim students,” and a police report was immediately filed. The university president issued a statement condemning the act, declaring that there is “zero tolerance for all forms of discrimination.”

But where was this urgency when my friend, Salwan Momika, was brutally executed in a government apartment in Sweden 12 days ago?

The Swedish government targeted him, persecuted him, left him without protection, and placed him in the very location where he was executed.

They knew he was being hunted. They knew there was a $2 million bounty on his head. They knew Islamic terrorist groups operating abroad and within the country wanted him dead.

Yet they did nothing.

Instead of protecting him, they tried to destroy him in court, strip him of his rights, and deport him to his Sharia executioners.

When he was slaughtered, the Swedish government didn’t launch a massive manhunt, they didn’t hold press conferences denouncing the attack, and they didn’t even dare to say his name.

Hours after his murder, Sweden’s government-funded media aired an interview with a woman wearing a Södertälje municipality jacket—justifying his execution.

Instead of outrage, she lectured Swedes about "respecting Allah." No sympathy. No condemnation. Just submission.

And here we are, TWELVE days later:

NO information on who killed him.
NO justice.
NO accountability.
No condemnation from Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, who had no problem smearing Quran burners—yet couldn’t even say Salwan’s name or show an ounce of care.

Swedish leaders are wailing over bacon but had nothing to say when an innocent man was slaughtered in their own country for exercising free speech.

They didn’t just fail Salwan. They set him up. They let him die. And now they are justifying it.

This is the state of Sweden: a country where putting bacon on a prayer mat leads to a police investigation, but an assassination in broad daylight leads to silence.

Sweden is enforcing blasphemy laws through bloodshed. They are making an example out of Salwan Momika, sending a clear message:

Criticize Islam, and you will be hunted. Criticize Islam, and you will be executed. Criticize Islam, and the government will smear you, persecute you, and then pretend they had nothing to do with it.

I do not trust the Swedish government. They want this buried. They want this forgotten.

Do NOT let them erase Salwan. Do NOT let them get away with this cover-up. DEMAND answers.

We need justice. And we need it now.
