2nd agent says I’ll have to wait until Friday to request a new order sent out. Which will definitely not arrive before Christmas. Cool. Only spent $272. Merry Christmas!

Agent has no real answer. When I tried to cancel, agent tried every trick in the book, including trying to get me to PAY MORE.

First @FedExHelp only delivered 1 nightstand and lost the other. Item sold out since. Who only needs 1 nightstand?
Now @FedEx broke a mirror and didn’t deliver. Item sold out again.
