@DrBullCity Two family members work for the local town. In utilities. All employees across all town departments were given $2,000 as a “thank you” for continuing to work… remotely… during Covid. None of them know what “PPE” actually means.

I did receive a bunch of “thank yous” though.

The most ridiculous aspect of medicine is when HCPs feel the need to move to “part-time” status just to safeguard their work demands from exceeding that of “full-time”, further reinforcing to employers/institutions that the FT documentation and volume expectations are viable.

Unilateral quad strength?

@JuncturaTheorum When I started treating post-op Ortho pts many years ago, like most I kept a mental list of who the “best” surgeons were, based on + patient outcomes.

My criteria has since changed. Technical skill is a must, but for me its: When things go wrong who doesnt punt or blame the pt?
