@Hoover_UK @kizzaheath @HooverHelpsUK @Hoover_UK we’ve spoken to several customer service staff, I find the timeframe for repairs etc unacceptable - we chose a popular, reliable brand with the expectation of a positive experience should anything go wrong... total time with the machine will be 5 wks - not good!

Our washing machine - should this be happening when it’s just 9 months old @Hoover_UK main board gone pop twice and door fault? 🤔 also it’ll be 5 weeks without it - I’ve told customer service that we have 4 children but that doesn’t seem to matter! 🙄

Had a hoover washing machine not even a year old and it's gone down twice with the same fault .. 3 visits as the first repair Engeneer ordered the wrong part !!! Now waiting another week to get it repaired . So in total that's a whole moNTH without a washer sort it out @Hoover_UK
