My refund case is pending since 3 months. Your back end team is useless. Your Nodal team is all the more worst. No reply at all !

@MoCA_GoI My only request to @flyspicejet was that the 1st person is a senior citizen and hardly travels by flight. So giving a voucher with a validity of 6 months doesnt make any sense. Also, to consider refund for the 2nd individual as it was a death related case.
