without even listening to me when I asked for a mail when she said my case is taken on priority.Such service is a sign of a bad organisation and this should be adressed sternly.
@makemytrip Its been more than 45 days since the refund mail came from Gofirst. On top of that when I talked to the customer care support, she was very rude and was unwilling to take up my complain. I asked her for a mail / ticket number to show me that she was taking my case.
@makemytrip My Go first flight was cancelled in May for my travel from Bangalore to Port Blair and back.
Go first has asked me to get the NTLC form filled by MMT but MMT is unwilling to fill the form after which the refund can be processed.
This is very unacceptable.

My shipment D22094566 has arrived in Bangalore but it is not being delivered to my address. The DTDC customer care raised the ticket and promised that it will be delivered today but no one called me regarding the shipment.

@oyorooms@riteshagar 6. The owner said that this cannot be checked out from the system. So the result is we have paid for something that was never availed and I am stuck between customer care and OYO owner.

@oyorooms@riteshagar 5. The owner started telling lies that we had entered the room and then cancelled, which was clearly untrue as stated in the points above.The lady asked me to call the owner and ask him to do check out so that my full refund can be initiated on cancellation.
@oyorooms@riteshagar 4. On trying to cancel my booking from OYO app, we saw that the receptionist had checked in my stay which disabled the cancellation option. When we called customer care, the lady had a conference call with the OYO owner to resolve the issue.
@oyorooms@riteshagar 3. We were forced to book a cab nd book another hotel outside that OYO hotel which we did. Once the cab arrived and we were ready to go, the OYO owner came and started talking rudely to us( tumko jo karna h kar lo jisko bolna h bol do).

2. He then asked us to cancel online payment and pay him directly .On refusal he did not allow us to enter the rooms .
