Wednesdayites… just a quick update to let you know the surgery went really well and I’m feeling great!
Couldn’t have timed it much better with the international break and now it’s all about attacking the recovery and getting myself back to Sheffield as soon as possible.
I’ve seen so many of your messages and really appreciate all the support and well wishes… it means a great deal!
I’ll be following everything from afar and already counting down the days until I’m back at Hillsborough with our incredible @swfc family.
Plenty to look forward to… keep pushing, keep believing and I’ll see you all soon!
God bless and thank you!
David

@Colombiana2691 And this is why humanity is doomed. They sit with their phones filming rather than reacting immediately to danger. We’re just sleepwalking into oblivion. And yes, I know this is fake but it does sum up today’s society.
Great Win today! Congrats to the lads, played their hearts out.
Best of all… we @swfc have the greatest fans in all of football! Love the support and noise… gives the lads an incredible boost away!! Like a 12th man on the pitch… massive ! You guys are amazing! 3 points on the road … love it!
Up the Owls!

@storchyowl@swfc It’s not always going to be pretty and a feast of goals but sometimes we have to just grind out results and dig deep and that’s what we did tonight so that’s a good positive. It’s also nice for us to just have a little fortune as last season we would have drawn or lost that game.
@finzyy22 But didn’t this same Cap go and see Peggy when she was old and also attended her funeral? Where was the ‘cap living in the background’ when all this happened?
