.@virginmedia service outage since end of Nov. Multiple attempts to get it fixed. New router didn’t help. Outage still causing daily disruption personally & professionally. Fix promised by midday today. Not done! Horrendous experience. Complaint C-0901251758
@virginmedia No it was not updated - the fix time just lapsed. It has just been updated in the last few minutes, to a fix time of midday tomorrow. The disruption this is causing to all of our services is extremely difficult to manage - and the lack of urgency and care makes it worse
. @TfL for the past 7 months my dad’s been charged for a motorbike that’s going into the ULEZ. Fair enough - except he drives a Honda car and hasn’t been to London many times. The reg plates are similar. He’s reported it 3 times & owed over £600 but you’re not resolving it!
@TfL 2/2 Received another response on 17/7 saying it would be looked into further by the finance team. No update since then. My dad was then charged again this week despite having removed his card & closed his TFL account!
@TfL 1/2 It’s a correspondence and investigations officer I’ve been liaising with. They responded on 1st July confirming the matter had been investigated & a full refund would be issued. The refund was for £12.50. It should be over £600. I flagged this.
