@PaddleHQ had a busy booth as did @usecorrily with plenty of people coming up to ask about how best to monetize. Pricing pressure feels higher than ever, often led by the need for usage-based models given AI cost models
@SaaStock @sendspark 4. AI was ever present but still feels very surface level. A few players are using it to do some truly cool things (@PreciTaste for instance) but mostly its simple copy or image generation. Excited to see more interesting use-cases which @OpenAI's GPT-4o should enable

Great sessions hosted by @recurly. Loved this group chatting about driving #subscriptions - #pricing came up a lot, unsurprisingly ๐ Driving loyalty, annual subs, generating additional value through existing accounts, etc. all contingent on the right pricing strategy. Love it!
@BogieBalkansky@sequoia ... is critical in positioning your value and being able to assess the right price. This matters especially as you grow because your pricing should evolve as your product does. The market and your positioning changes, and so your pricing should adapt! (2/2)

I would add: your value (and thus pricing) does not exist in a vacuum and is very much relative to the environment you are in. Understanding the market you are in and the alternatives to your solution... (1/2)
