I would like to express my pathetic experience with Jio customer care service .The issue is still not resolved and it's an everyday frustration while watching the live matches specially.Please get it resolved asap on priority

@whitehatjunior Is it really the intent or the laid back attitude? The same was raised to the Grievance team as well but no response from them too. It is a really very disappointing and unprofessional approach of you guys.

@EurekaForbes I have been trying to get the solution for the service request CM-271123-21891621 which was raised on 27th November 2023.Till now no response and follow up is initiated from your end .I have taken AMC and still get this kind of service.FRIENDS FOR LIFE pathetic

@Lenskart_com@peyushbansal Received damaged product online from your end in the month of March.. Refund was committed by lenskart at the same month, but it was more than 6 months i am not getting my refund. Daily lenskart team says you will get the refund within 24-48 hrs.
@Lenskart_com lenskart shared a refund/exchange link after pickup but it shows 404 and I am unable to do anything. Is this the way to treat your customer who always prefer lenskart.
