Last week, Primacy Strategy Group once again had the opportunity to support the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce to coordinate a powerful and productive fly-in to Washington, D.C.
It was a privilege to facilitate meetings with members from the North Dakota and Minnesota congressional delegations, as well as to convene a panel of senior leaders working in Washington, DC with Midwest roots, including key officials from Capitol Hill, the Farm Service Agency, and the Department of the Interior.
The action packed week included engagement with senior leadership from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Major Generals from the Air National Guard, and a key agricultural briefing from House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member, Congresswoman Angie Craig. The group held discussions with staff from Senate Majority Leader John Thune’s office on the state of the administration and the outlook for reconciliation 2.0 and met with Carlos Vanderloo, Minister-Counsellor for Economic and Trade Policy at the Canadian Embassy, at their headquarters for a briefing on U.S.–Canada relations and shared policy priorities.
We are proud to support the Chamber’s efforts to advocate for the region and connect with national leaders on the issues that matter most!
Last week, the Health&PensionWORKS Coalition had the opportunity to come together again in Washington, DC for our annual fly-in!
The week kicked off with a coalition briefing and dinner ahead of our Capitol Hill meetings, providing a chance for members to reconnect, exchange ideas, and strengthen the relationships that drive our work forward.
The following day, coalition members took that energy to the Hill, engaging with policymakers and staff to advance meaningful conversations on the issues that matter most to our industry and workforce, specifically on the Multiemployer Plan Relief Act.
We are incredibly grateful to our members for their time and commitment!
Primacy Strategy Group was thrilled to join our federal client, @LifeLinkIII, for the ribbon cutting of their Willmar base—an important investment in lifesaving care for the region.
It was great to hear from @SenAmyKlobuchar, Life Link III leadership including Interim CEO Joe Hellie, and local leaders like Mayor Doug Reese, all highlighting the impact of this project.
With more than 300 transports annually from this base alone, Life Link III plays a critical role in delivering advanced care across southwest Minnesota. This project is a strong example of how federal support can help make essential infrastructure like this possible—strengthening emergency response and improving outcomes for communities across the region.
We were proud to work alongside our clients and Health&PensionWORKS members, IUPAT District Council 82 and IUPAT District Council 07, this week in Washington, DC during North America’s Building Trades Union Annual Legislative Conference!
Comprised of council leadership and rank-and-file members representing painters and allied trades across Montana, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, the councils met with members of Congress to advocate for strong labor standards, expanded access to high-quality apprenticeship and workforce training programs - including support for the Supporting Apprenticeship Colleges Act of 2025 - and the protection of workers’ earned benefits, including continued support for the Multiemployer Plan Relief Act.
We thank the council members for their leadership and commitment to these critical issues, and we appreciate the regional federal delegations for engaging directly with the skilled union workers whose work, livelihoods, and retirements help build, maintain, and strengthen our communities.
Primacy Strategy Group was honored to help facilitate a keynote address from our client Greg Brown, Chairman & CEO of @MotoSolutions, at the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association’s Executive Training Institute in St Cloud, MN.
Bringing together leaders in public safety and innovation is core to our work, and it was a privilege to support this important conversation alongside two valued client partners— The @MNPoliceChiefs Association and Motorola Solutions

This week, the Health&PensionWORKS Coalition was in Washington, DC meeting with Members of Congress to educate on behalf of multiemployer plans in the United States.
This engagement was instrumental in enabling coalition members from across the nation—from Washington State to Boston, Massachusetts, and throughout the country—to convey firsthand perspectives to Members of Congress and to advance smart, workable solutions, including the Multiemployer Plan Relief Act (H.R. 6685 / S. 3615).
Grateful for the opportunity to connect and collaborate with leaders on Capitol Hill.
Last week in Washington DC, Primacy Strategy Group’s client @ALLETE_Inc engaged directly with Members of the Minnesota and North Dakota congressional delegations to advance their goal of providing reliable, resilient and affordable energy across the United States. We want to thank @SenAmyKlobuchar, @SenKevinCramer, @RepFedorchak, and @RepPeteStauber for taking the time to meet with our group to discuss ALLETE’s footprint in the upper Midwest, improving grid reliability and other legislative priorities.
Our team was honored to once again co-host the Cigars & Solidarity reception during the Finishing Trades Forum at the Monte Cristo Bar in Caesars Palace.
This year’s event was made possible through the generous support of our sponsors, Milliman, Fiducient Advisors, Union Bank & Trust, and Primacy Strategy Group, each a respected leader in their field.
We are grateful to everyone who joined us, including labor leaders and members from District Councils across the country.
Thank you to all who attended and helped make the evening a success! It was a memorable night of great company, meaningful conversation, and camaraderie.
Thank you to former New York State Senator @DavidCarlucci for his insightful article highlighting the challenges created by the 401(k) automatic enrollment requirements for multiemployer plans, and for his support for the Multiemployer Plan Relief Act.
We appreciate the continued efforts of those working to address this issue through sustained advocacy and education of our elected officials in Washington, D.C., as well as the members of Congress who have supported our coalition's federal priorities and are helping to advance the Multiemployer Plan Relief Act toward passage.

Thank you to @RepPeteStauber who joined our clients iSight Drone Services and @LifeLinkIII for a conversation earlier this week regarding innovative efforts to secure radar infrastructure in rural areas of Minnesota — potentially paving the way for MN to become a national leader in the UAS space, with significant benefits for general aviation, medical air ambulance services, precision agriculture and rural medical supply delivery.
A special thanks to the National Center for Autonomous Technologies at Northland Community Technical College for joining us as well!
Congratulations to our client, iSight Drone Services! iSight has been approved to be the first drone operator authorized to fly beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) across all four Vantis Network service areas in the State of North Dakota.
With the expansion of approved operations now into eastern North Dakota, this enables statewide service volumes across more than 5,000 square miles. Read more about this exciting milestone here: https://t.co/2igzRkU81E

Since 2004, @servingrtroops has proudly brought a taste of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota to service members and their families stationed around the world.
Across 16 projects, the organization has served more than 145,000 steak dinners to soldiers and their loved ones, delivering a powerful and consistent message: sometimes the most meaningful gesture is the simple act of sharing a meal with family.
We were pleased to host the Serving Our Troops team in Washington, D.C., this week, where they met with members of the Minnesota delegation to discuss their ongoing work and hear firsthand the strong support for their mission to bring a comforting connection from home to our men and women in uniform.

.@LifeLinkIII joined Primacy Strategy Group on the Hill last week to brief bipartisan staff from both chambers on innovative solutions to strengthen rural healthcare access through specialized air medical transport and rapid critical care response.
Together, we focused on the Rural Emergency Care Crisis and introduced the Rapid Critical Access Support Program (RCASP)—a forward-thinking model that empowers air medical clinicians to provide on-site or virtual stabilization before transport decisions are made. This approach would improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary transfers and costs, and help preserve rural hospital revenue while ensuring timely access to advanced care.
A sincere thank you to the dedicated House and Senate staff who engaged in this important dialogue and are working toward solutions that bring lifesaving care closer to the communities that need it most.
