He was wandering around Liyue, having gotten himself enough time off to travel a bit. Hopefully, he'll get to enjoy the views this land was known for.
Visiting the ocean by Liyue harbor was a must as well. For now, though, he'd wander the Huaguang Stone Forest and enjoy the views

Another rare day in which he isn't horrendously busy... this only meant he was left horribly bored.

He stayed where he was, letting Heiying approach to inspect to his heart's desire. It wouldn't be admitted aloud, but he wished to be closer to the other due to his rarity.

He offered no answer as to /what/ he was, thinking Heiying already knew the answer.

He kept a respectful distance to ensure the other didn't get overwhelmed even slightly.

@lungdepths As the dragon shifted, he noted the eggs beneath; a few bird eggs... he wondered if they were stolen. There was only one way to find out, and that was to approach and ask.
So he did.

He said nothing but kept a close eye on the nesting dragon.
