@lordclifton2@IainDale@BBCNewsnight@vicderbyshire Chances are there is.
But we can’t see it.
Starmer has barely shifted ministers and he’s used a lot of retreads.
I’d never vote Labour but I bet there are a few decent MPs tucked away.
@angelazhay@BBCNewsnight Quite.
Starmer is lightweight enough, so a mid term stater with no plan and no understanding of the need for a plan will be a fiasco.
@EyesOnThePriz12@ClaireCoutinho I will follow you John so I can better understand your position.
I’m sure you do know more than me. I would though give Coutinho the time of day, she’s not stupid and is interested in understanding how to take this forward.
@EyesOnThePriz12@ClaireCoutinho Not sure why you’re anti Coutinho.
Her NetZero stance and activity seems aligned with yours. She’s active in pushing Labour to change tack. Wants a practical approach including on new oil and gas fields. Etc.
@EyesOnThePriz12@ClaireCoutinho She is also Shadow Minister for Equalities as stated at the bottom of her letter. As such this subject falls directly within her remit.
She’s equally busy in her Shadow Energy role.
South Wales Police has instructed officers to log comments they feel are beyond "legitimate" criticism of Islam.
This is, exactly as I warned, a blasphemy law through the back door.
Nobody voted for this.
My letter to the Chief Constable👇🏾
@angelazhay@BBCNewsnight Did he speak human?
He was evasive and incoherent.
At one point saying the interview is just about the by-election in the next setting out a plan (it wasn’t a plan) for the country.
He doesn’t understand economics but has decreed a change in a raft of taxes.
He’s a plank.
@DailyMail@Rik_w2010 Burnham is terrifying.
We have an elected government with a manifesto.
I don’t like it, but we’ve got a would be PM with even less of a plan, less of a clue, than Starmer.
He might, he suggests, he could, he may… this is a man who thinks he’ll be the boss in a few weeks.
@benwansell Securonomics - AKA Bidenomics.
It’s just a reframing of a failed ideology that relies on state intervention and subsidies to shore up failing British industry.
It is also undermined by Labour’s trying to be global whilst also playing lapdog to the EU.
