@RCHains @LGUS @BestBuySupport @BestBuy @GeekSquad LG actually reached out and offered assistance until they found I had a service plan from Best Buy, after which they directed me to work with Best Buy directly. Best Buy was terrible, luckily I know people who work there so I got my replacement fairly quickly

@BestBuySupport you know what is awesome- when your refrigerator breaks - @BestBuy sends out a third party technician- then OOPS that 3rd party tech isn't factory authorized- I now have to wait for 4 days until the factory authorized one can come

Just learned from @LGUS that if you buy an appliance from an authorized dealer and make the mistake of buying an extended service from said authorized dealer they will not back up their product. I’ve had TWO broken #LG refrigerators in 8 years. Sounds like a #youproblem

hey @BestBuy why if i purchased a product AND service plan through you does a third party hold the fate of my claim? My business was with YOU NOT A THIRD PARTY. Are you really making me sit through 30 days without a refrigerator because you can? How do I feed my kid?
