I'm Utterly dissatisfied with these 2 brands and will be moving away from these brand.
Hey @JioCare you have the worst service ever! I have 3 jio sims I recharged on 2 numbers bith received message that said recharge is successful and today when I tried to call someone from my other number I am being told that I don't have vaild recharge to make a call!
JUST WORST!

@JioCare Hey I recieved a message that said my JioFiber will be installed yesterday between 6:45 pm to 8:45 PM and guess what? No one showed up!
This has happened 2nd time.
I'm so frustrated with the service!
Do something about it, I need it by the EOD TODAY, It's for my work!!!!
Hey @JioCare I have applied for a Jio airfiber and I have received the mail and SMS that said I will get it delivered by today but I have not, and due to that reason my work has been affected!
This is very bad service from Jio's end.
I'm highly dissatisfied.
@ViCustomerCare A VI store owner told me to port to VI postpaid, promising my bill will be paid for 3 months. He didn’t pay a single bill. My SIM has been deactivated for 2 months & now I’m being forced to pay ₹1600 for a number I couldn’t even use. What kind of scam is this?

Hey @ViBusinessIndia I have a complaint, I have not used my Postpaid number in 2 months because my number has been blocked from all of the service due to non payment of the bill now your app is saying I have to pay 1600+ Rupees as the bill for what? Not using the sim?
