Sources: The New York Knicks are trading Nos. 31 and 55 to the Houston Rockets for Nos. 39 and 53 and a 2029 Kings second-rounder. The moves begin for night two of the NBA Draft.
@joebdguy@AdamSpolane KD is KD. No matter how many minutes he played he was always going to be the starter. So that lineup was always going to be one that saw limited time together. Again, you’re just reaching for a reason to blame the coach.
Rockets owner Tillman Fertitta is purchasing the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun and moving them to Houston to be the Houston Comets, per @alexaphilippou
The WNBA is BACK in Houston 🔥
You never know Nick Caserio’s plans but I do feel like in an ideal world Houston would love to end up with Kadyn Proctor in round 1 (super young and powerful player who fits with what Houston wants to do).
Then secure one of the top DT prospects at the top of the 2nd like Lee Hunter or Caleb Banks depending on who slips.
Could hypothetically play Proctor at G or T year 1 if needed due to injury but allows him to develop behind Smith/Brown where he doesn’t have to play.
@RooshWilliams I’m not even saying Ime is an offensive genius, but I’ve seen them run great plays within this game. The reason we down right now is missed free throws, missed open threes, and nasty turnovers, and to me that is a personnel issue.
@Djbienaime I love the moves they’ve made so far. The only additional move I’d like to see is bringing in some veteran competition at the center position.
