@donnabrazile But this is all your fault tho. If your party actually
Focused on the issues and delivered for its constituents, this wouldn’t be an issue. Now you’ve opened up the floodgates to these goodies and you’re mad mad. Glad to see it happen.
@ados_strong Exactly. They played themselves as usual. Delineation is on the menu and they bout to get ate up. Let it all burn. We gon be good either way as we always have.
@RepLaMonica You should’ve just sat down and ate your food. Fighting for them illegals who are anti-black and you out here side stepping and soft shoeing. I hope they throw the book at yo raggedy azz.
@ados_strong@BlackIntifada They’re supposed to advocate for the district. ICE and foreign policy ain’t got nothing to do with Black Americans. We’re not immigrants.
Politics is local
Manhattan: I live in Central Harlem, where poverty, unemployment, and homelessness have increased and harmed Black Americans disproportionately. I watched a debate between the two 13th District candidates, Rep. Adriano Espaillat and Darializa Avila Chevalier, in which the two main issues were illegal immigration and Israel. As an American Descendant of Slavery/ Black American voter, neither issue benefits the community of Harlem when we are at the bottom of the economic chain in our city. How can candidates expect Black voters to vote for them when they ignore our issues? Both candidates should be ashamed of themselves for intentionally ignoring a group of American citizens and voters.

@ptr11236@KennyBurgosNY You do realize that there aren’t just low income people in NYCHA. Transit workers, city administrators, police officers, firemen do live there as well and pay 30% of their income just like everybody else there. Those are probably the cars of those people.
@TorraineWalker Boycotts worked in the past because we had self sustaining systems. (Ie black wall streets) we don’t even have black grocery stores en mass, so how you gonna boycott something with no reasonable alternatives? We gotta build the Black infrastructure back up.
