A Bitcoin worth $2000 was sent to my @jeroidng wallet on 27/01/2026 at about 9:31am, but till now it has not reflected. When I contacted customer care, I was told the wallet address had been disabled and any coins sent to it cannot be retrieved.
My question is simple: if the wallet was truly disabled, why was the transaction processed successfully and even charged fees instead of being rejected as an invalid address? I never received any notification about any wallet upgrade or deactivation.

I have been using the Jeroid app for over two years, and there has never been any notice or upgrade that required me to change my wallet address. All my clients have been sending payments to that same address without any issues.
On the 27th of last month, $2000 worth of Bitcoin was sent to that wallet, but it has not been credited to my account. When I contacted customer care, I was told the address had been disabled and the funds could not be recovered. If the address was truly disabled, the transaction should have bounced back to the sender.
Please review this issue and credit my account accordingly, so we can resolve this matter peacefully. Thank you. @jeroidng
