I can name another faction from a game not alot of people know about th atwould unironically solo most science fiction settings but I don't think most of yall realize just how powerful the monsters from Evolve really are. So let me lay it out.

I think Orcish Bowmasters is an abomination to the game; wiping out decades of 1 toughness creatures. Bowmasters creates no new archetypes and is slotted in the best decks to make them even more powerful.

I don’t think it even does a good job inhibiting card draw as the best Legacy decks for a year were still Brainstorm decks running Bowmasters.

Almost no x/1 is playable in competitive Magic with the exception of Bowmasters itself, Ragavan, and a few others that can buff themselves like DRC with Delirium or get value on death like Young Wolf.

Between Wrenn and Six, Fury, and Orcish Bowmasters, I’m very curious what R&D’s reasoning is behind eradicating 1 toughness creatures from the game.

I really hate this card 😡
