@WSJ@WSJopinion@KarlRove Right. We saw what happened to Thomas Massie. Big upset, but not a loss for the Republicans. Money dictates who wins and the Wall Street Journal knows this full well.
@AlanGL2025@Wize_Markets Not an insider. IMO, both are in the OTC Market from Wall Street predatory trading. If uplisted as is, they will just return to OTC due to the "special" gvt. relationship that's now public knowledge. A National SWF is one way to ensure stability. We'll see what Bessent does.
@AlanGL2025@Wize_Markets You forget that if this was a standard company, HERA wouldn't have been enacted. That's key. Wall Street damaged it and the Gvt stepped in. This torch and pitchfork movement to put $FNMA and $FMCC on the street unlocked again is odd if you're trying to preserve your investment.
@AlanGL2025@Wize_Markets Imagine this: Thugs hijack a car, dismantle it to sell it's parts, but the police save the "junk" pile. It's later revealed the car was a very rare, priceless automobile. A hero steps in, restores it and now it's worth billions, but the mob wants it back on the street as a taxi.
@Wize_Markets Nice dodge. If you believe all judges and juries get it right, then you must believe the decision about Trump and E. Jean Carroll. Why does SCOTUS exist? Is that a totally defunct system since courts always get it right?
@huskerff@Wize_Markets I can disagree with court findings, thanks for your comment. If you uplist these companies without a SWF or similar vehicle , you'll see a lot of harm from Wall Street. Retail doesn't understand why HERA happened originally and why the genie can't go back in the bottle now.
@Wize_Markets@MamieAshburn@RandPaul If you place these back on the Market without guardrails, it will go into OTC over and over again due to predatory traders. If you want to see investor harm, that's the way to do it.
@MamieAshburn@Wize_Markets Thanks for your and Elie Najm's rudeness. If HERA hadn't been enacted, then you'd have no business, no shares, no housing market, maybe an American Economic collapse. But you're much smarter than I, so you probably knew that already. Your harm came from predatory traders.
@Wize_Markets Do you believe Trump assaulted E. Jean Carroll? Court convicted him and so did a jury. Why was that "unanimous"? To repeat, Harm was done by Wall Street, not the government who saved the business. Had HERA not ben enacted, Wall Street would destroyed them. End of Story.
@Wize_Markets This is needed due to the special relationship that was revealed that required the conservatorship in the first place. These companies are a cog in the Nation's machinery and can't be exposed again to activist or hostile predatory traders.
@Wize_Markets Guards rails must be in place before it can uplist. SWF or SWF ETF, locked float by our or foreign Government shareholders/banks along with a reverse split to make the price so high Wall Street activist traders can't manipulate or algorithmically damage it are needed first.
@Wize_Markets I submitted a proposal to the WH for a SWF ETF set up by the Treasury Dept. as a release path. The Warrants converted to CS, could be locked in/donated to Trump accounts in lieu of cash. "Damages" to SHs paid out in converted commons. Then, uplist, price rise, 10-1 reverse split.
@Jkylebass Dissenting opinion here. Once the conservatorship was codified, there was no easy route back out. What happened with the stock price was a form of economic warfare on the government by wallstreet participants and investigated by the SEC. This vulnerability prevented release.
