@TFIupdates Not sure if they’rnew drivers or just biased drivers but lately drivers just won’t stop to pick more passengers. Bus 4 and 140 have literally driven by when they could have easily picked up 5-8 more people! It’s very frustrating esp early mornings and late evenings!

@TFIupdates my toddler and I waited for the bus 4 for 20 mins this morning at stop 186. Bus got there at 8:15am only for the driver to drive past us and not stop!!!!!! The bus was not full by the way!

@TFIupdates I think there should be a feature which notifies commuters when a bus they are waiting on is full. There could be a push button in the bus for the driver synced with the live app, etc. Something along those lines for your developers to consider!!
