The 2026 TEPSA Conference has concluded. Man what a week!! I looooove working for TEPSA, but when we get to bring over 2000 leaders together in one place (with just a staff of 11 of us!) it truly is magical. And this TEPSA team truly is the best on the planet.

I got to debut TWO brand new sessions. I was able to learn from some of my favorite people (who if you aren’t following them you’re missing out): @educationhall @casas_jimmy @mrronclark_ @JessicaCabeen @the_MrBraun @Principal_EL @jbmrkelly and so many other incredible leaders, and I was able to reconnect face to face with many friends.

Though I leave exhausted….and with kids who had WAY too much at the water park without me….I am so thankful of the countless reminders of the great work happening in schools across Texas and the rest of the country.
