@RailwaySeva Thanks for ur kind response. As I was in Indo-China border, my cell network was down, Nw I m on the way to GHY, I will reach there on the 22nd by night. As my dog vaccinations details at my home i.e. in GHY. So unable to submit to concern authority before 23rd i e. Journey date.
