breach violates Consumer Protection Act,2019 (Sections 2(11), 2(47), & 17 liability for hazardous goods). If unresolved in 7 days (incl. technician visit, app fixes), I will take full legal action, claims, and public exposure.

Authorise Ceat tyre dealer help me to solve this issue,
the fault is in CEAT tyre. the technician from cheat found that tyre inner circle it not even on all side so he manual leveled the side and applied grease so rim hold tyre.
