Condition of NH-80 from Sabour to Zero Mile, Bhagalpur, is so poor that it poses severe risks, including for pregnant women. This road is vital for Bihar Agricultural University staff & students, yet it's making life unbearable. Urgent action needed! @OfficeOfNG @nitin_gadkari
