Finally got my problem resolved after 6days. Thank you mmt team @makemytrip @makemytripcare .
But since on call no customer care executive was able to resolve the issue and took 4days just repeating the same words , hence hope to improve that as well.

Beware of booking hotels via @myntra @makemytrip! I booked @fabhotels Tanvi Grand, but it was a nightmare. Dirty tiles, broken doors, and zero safety. The hotel manager was dismissive, telling us to find other options if we weren't happy. Total lack of accountability! 🧵
