Your word is the final word? Your Agent lied over the email? And I should accept it without any concern?

Bought a policy for my father. Underwriting said "permanent exclusion for artery issues." Agent clearly said it's limited to same artery(Email Proof).I consented & paid. Now they claim it's a blanket exclusion. No correction, no accountability
