@Goibib Why should I pay a convenience fee when @flyspicejet cancelled my flight? I paid that fee to book my journey, not to lose money because the airline cancelled it. I did not cancel the ticket myself. Please explain this deduction!

@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI Please intervene and clarify passenger rights in cases where airlines cancel flights booked through travel platforms. Why should a passenger lose money on convenience fees for an airline-initiated cancellation? I request a fair resolution #Passengerrights

I demand a FULL REFUND, including the convenience fee, OR an alternative flight same day to Bangkok without additional charges. Why should passengers bear the financial burden when an airline cancels their flight? @Goibibo @flyspicejet, please resolve this!
