Supreme court should make pressure on gov to back our money that we wasted in b.ed. I preferred b.ed over btc following the guidlines of NSCE's gazzette issued on june 2018 in which b.ed was clearly allowed to participate prt exam+

The Supreme Court should pressure on the govt. to return our money & time which we have wasted in B.Ed. I preferred B.Ed over BSTC following the gazette guidelines of NCTE released in June 2018 which clearly allowed B.Ed to appear in the PRT exam.

Who is responsible for wastage of money and time of B.ED students who all preferred B.ed over BTC following guidelines of NCTE gazette issued in 2018 by which B.ed was made valid for PRT exam.
