The attached photo says much of the story. Ordered at 8.08pm on 22nd Jan, 2024, expected delivery on 8.53pm on same day, not received yet and store not picking up calls.

This incident has disheartened me enough to not place another order in Burger King. I have previously always been a supporter of their products, but I don't know if I will be in the future ever.

I need a full refund at the very least.
