I've been a huge admirer of @thinkers50 since I first heard about them 20 years ago. Today I got the amazing news that my 1990 book The Female Advantage: Women's Ways of Leadership has been named one of their top ten classic books on leadership for this year, along with classics by my colleagues @rgmcgrath and @coachgoldsmith. Stunning to see myself in company with giants like CK Prahabad– not to mention Sun Tzu, whose The Art of War is one of my bibles. Thank you Des Dearlove and Stuart Crainer. See you all in London!
