Hard truth in basketball: if multiple coaches keep giving you the same feedback, take it seriously. Changing teams won’t automatically fix a weakness you keep ignoring. Ask for examples, watch your film, and turn that feedback into improvement.

Being in the gym and getting better aren’t automatically the same thing. Train with a purpose. Know what you’re working on, challenge yourself, and build toward game speed. The goal is for your work to carry over when you compete.

In basketball, don’t let one mistake turn into three. A missed shot or turnover happens. Dwelling on it can lead to a missed assignment or a late rotation. Respond to the mistake by making the next right play.
