Developing @prochatgg • Content Creator

[ProHenis @ProHenis]

Over the past 6 months, I've been working on a passion project that I'm VERY excited to share with you all!

As a multi-platform streamer, I've always struggled to find a chat tool that not only combined all my chat messages in one place, but also included quality-of-life features I've been longing for.

So I decided to create... ProChat! (@ProChatGG)

- Read live chat from ANY channel
- Easily connect your accounts
- Dedicated tabs for each channel
- Merged chatter list for all channels
- See any chatter's channel info & chat history

@MysticSoulQueen @prochatgg Yes it can!

You can dock ProChat in OBS to StreamLabs Desktop by adding it as a custom browser dock, and using “https://t.co/ercxhSYxIY” as the URL. If it asks you to login, make sure to check the ‘Remember me’ checkbox so you only have to do that once :)

@TheRevPlays It definitely can be!

ProChat is 100% free to use for YouTube, Twitch, and Kick and includes nice quality-of-life features to make chat more enjoyable to read and moderate.

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have if you decide to try it out :)

[ProHenis @ProHenis]

@j1philli Thanks! Mostly just JS, Node.js and Express behind the scenes, vanilla JS and Vite for the frontend :)

[ProHenis @ProHenis]

@ipawskatyt Hey! Right now, ProChat is just a website so there's no standalone app, but I do have plans to develop a standalone app for it in the future :)

[ProHenis @ProHenis]

@StallionStreams Thanks so much bro! I appreciate that a ton 👊

[ProHenis @ProHenis]

Excited to finally release this!

One of the most common feature requests I've gotten. Hope ya'll like it :)

[ProChat @prochatgg]

Pop out your chat or Activity into its own window 🪟

Hit the pop-out button, then open it in a new tab or copy the link for an OBS dock!

Try it out ➡️ https://t.co/NC0UjI6ESg

I just recorded a little sample video for you so you can see the features.

In the chat overlay, I can customize font, font size, emote size, outline, drop shadow, message animation, etc. And it works for all platforms that ProChat supports. Everything you update in ProChat settings automatically syncs with your browser overlays so you don't have to copy and paste anything when making changes.

Let me know if this is the sort of thing you're talking about and if there's anything I haven't implemented yet that you'd like to see. I'm adding new features & improving it every day :)

[ProHenis @ProHenis]

@JCbackfire I’m not personally familiar with either of those tools, but I’ll look into them right now for you and let you know :)

Your chat, your direction.

Pick "Newest at top" or "Newest at bottom" for chat and Activity. Your chat overlay has its own setting too, so it can stack the other way on stream.

@Merl @prochatgg I’ve noticed this happening for other users too! Investigating it right now :)

Same chatter. Fresh look.

We redesigned chatter profiles to keep the details you need close by, without covering your whole chat!
