@Insta360service your design for the Ace Pro 2 is not compatible with the Ace Pro 2 dive housing unless as your guidance states , user takes off the lens guard , and the official response is do not take photos or videos where there is light or attach the lens guard? I’m trying to be a fan of your products here but you are making it hard. I switched over from 13 GoPro’s after over a decade of using them without issue and I’m hitting roadblock after roadblock with your equipment. Please explain how I can take the newest Ace Pro 2 version camera and place it in the dive housing without taking the lens guard off?

@insta360 How do you solve for the issues users have with the halo effect on images when using the Ace Pro 2 with the dive housing for underwater images? This appears to be caused by the users having to remove the lens guard in order to get the camera to fit correctly in the dive housing. This then creates the issue of overexposure at the top of images.

This morning… all the cool kids showed up. 🦈

5 adult female tiger sharks.
Lemon sharks cruising the edges.

We had them almost entirely to ourselves.
