@AFLbonniesinger Hi Bonnie! Yes, I completely agree with you, and my friend @ChristineAgro shares the same sentiments. She has a post talking about our "Current Reality" - which is something we have to accept and do our best to manage. Nothing is normal or has been normalized!
Compassion enhances our self-confidence because a calm mind allows our marvellous human intelligence to bloom. When we’re angry, our thinking is distorted and we don’t see the different aspects of reality. A calm mind enables us to take a broader, more realistic view.
