I also read the books first. I started rewatching the series again a month of so ago and am in S8/final now. Glad I did! I just watch what I can before falling asleep; sometimes 20-30 minutes at a time. I don’t feel that urge to binge through an Ep since I already know how it will end.

I seem less angry about s7/s8 this time around!
