Yikes my final rounds of chemo cost something like 20k. Luckily I'm being treated by the VA or my family would be financially ruined.

People who are using LLMs for therapy have a fundamental lack of understanding of both psychotherapy and LLMs. Therapy is a guided debugging event, e.g. a debugger for your prompts. LLMs are tools to navigate a corpus based on a very biased and authoritative prompt.

It's just a job. Don't overcommit because it makes you feel important. Balance should lean towards your personal growth

Spend more time with family and friends.

Feeling the dread of my upcoming death more and more lately. Last scans showed the cancer spread even further though still small, and my body is too spent to do chemo.

Just holding on as long as I can.
