@Lawyeredup1@innercitypress The jury is getting to watch some of those videos for themselves. They don’t have to only go on her memory or trust only in her words. They got the tapes.
This is such a stupid argument, and it's one I've seen over and over from the Proberger brigade.
That sheath is your best evidence, as you know for a fact the killer touched it. Not only did that sheath contain touch DNA, but it contained that DNA on a portion of the sheath (snap) where someone would have to repeatedly touch, and apply pressure.
It wasn't "a few cells," and it was enough to generate a match to Kohberger to the exclusion of over 5 octillion other people. That is a remarkable number that not long ago we didn't even see with blood DNA. That tells you it is an incredibly robust sample.
The DNA under MM's fingernails belonged primarily to her, with KG being the next largest contributor. It contained 1% male DNA, and when coupled with the fact she had no defensive wounds, tells us she did not scratch her attacker.
A blood spot was found on a railing in a part of the house the killer isn't believed to have traveled. It makes absolutely no sense for it to be related, as he went to the third floor, second floor, and out the back door, before speeding away like a bat out of hell.
That blood has no corresponding DNA, like one would expect if the killer cut himself.
The blood on the glove contained no victim DNA (defense would have brought this up if it did), and likewise has no corresponding blood.
Several weeks ago the prosecution provided the defense with documentation as to what exactly was done with that blood, and I'm confident that door has now been firmly closed.
What you suggest (a focus on that blood evidence), is something that would happen in some sort of detective spoof movie. Fortunately, they did this right.
That sheath DNA is corroborated by so much evidence you'd have to be the most gullible person alive to believe it does not belong to the killer.
Bryan fucking Kohberger.

@kengland497 Wasn’t it the content of the actual searches (about dismembering a body) that was the relevant damning evidence used to charge him, and not necessarily the time stamps?
I don't know, guys. Seems like those people you slandered for 3 years had nothing to do with John's death, while the lady who admitted to having enough alcohol to tranquilize a horse, argued with John just before he was killed, told Kerry Roberts he was dead at 5 am, had a broken tail light, and said she hit him, might be responsible. Maybe.
