Implementation efforts often fail because organizations are not ready to embrace change. However, organizational readiness can be developed, which increases the chances of implementation success. Learn how it can be done from this article by @SigalVax and colleagues.
To make implementation efforts more equitable, we need to find a way to build organizational readiness, instead of just picking organizations that are already ready.
