Jude 3 urges us to contend earnestly for the faith once for all delivered to the saints. 2 Peter 2 warns us destructive heresies would be taught and the way of truth would be defamed.

The heresies run far deeper than most realise. We are to study to show ourselves approved. Let God be true and every man a liar?
