@Todd_Spence What’s also noteworthy is how a comedy that’s confined to a PG rating is consistently filled with so many side splitting gags. Revisited recently and it had me cackling as much at 44 as it it did when I was 8
Three years ago, families in southern Israel woke up on a holiday morning to sirens and gunfire. By nightfall, Hamas terrorists had murdered nearly 1,200 people and dragged 251 hostages into Gaza. It was the deadliest day for the Jewish community since the Holocaust. The pictures of that day still haunt me the same way they haunt so many in our community. For many families here in South Florida, October 7 doesn’t feel like three years ago. It feels like yesterday.
As a proud Jewish American and the grandson of Holocaust survivors, I know remembrance is not enough. It takes the courage to confront antisemitism on the far right and the far left, and to call out anyone who tries to excuse terrorism.
No one should be afraid to walk into a synagogue or send their kids to school because they are Jewish. I will keep standing with our Jewish neighbors, today and every day.
Celebrating the terrorist massacre committed by Hamas on October 7th is not political protest. It is a glorification of mass murder.
There are no words to describe how breathtakingly offensive this is. Literally none.
I don’t care what you believe, where you’re from or how you pray, if you see this and still don’t believe that antizionism is antisemitism, you’re either willfully ignorant or utterly hopeless.
Tucker Carlson recently spewed to his millions of followers that Hitler's invasion of Poland had a "justification" and questioned whether the Allies were really the “better people” in WWII.
Questioning the evil of Nazi Germany diminishes the extraordinary courage and sacrifice of the millions who fought Nazism — and the legacies of the millions more who were killed by this evil regime.
Don't be fooled. This is an attempt to make WWII revisionism sound reasonable. We can't let this ahistorical inversion become the norm.
Ahead of the third year since the Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel, @SenRickScott and I passed a bipartisan resolution to honor the memory of those Americans who were murdered or taken hostage.
The hostages’ families demonstrated remarkable courage during a time of intense grief and anxiety by being steadfast and fierce advocates for the return of their loved ones and all those held hostage, and this resolution also honors them.
@The_Old_Spark Using alternate leaders like Shockwave (underused in most media besides the comics), plus G1 has a number of interesting characters like Octane, Swindle, Mindwipe. Same goes for Autobots; Bluestreak has an interesting bio that wasn't explored.
Few experiences are more painful than losing a child. Grieving parents shouldn’t have to choose between taking time to heal and putting food on the table.
This legislation ensures families have the flexibility and support they need.

@CindyBegel No one takes the long view anymore: Put on the best shows you can. People will find them. Also, you can't construct a hit TV show from an algorithm.
The attempted terrorist attack aboard the FlyDubai flight to Tel Aviv could have been absolutely catastrophic, if not for the heroism of the Israeli passengers on board. While details are still emerging, one thing couldn't be clearer: The people of Israel will never be defeated by jihadism. Never forget that their fight is our fight too.
@KateFisher96 I think the mid-1980s heavily ran on this until The Great Mouse Detective became an unexpected success. The 1986 VHS intro commemorating movies like Cinderella and Snow White feels more like a "last stand" than anything.
The actions of the passengers and Captain on the Flydubai flight today were nothing short of heroic.
Israeli passengers rushed the cockpit and stopped the attack, saving almost 200 lives. Thank God everyone is safe, and I'm praying for the captain's full recovery. Terror will never win.
I’m relieved that every passenger made it home safe tonight. This was a clear act of terrorism by a madman who tried to hijack a plane to kill innocent people and attack the state of Israel. The passengers who stepped in to save the lives of everyone onboard deserve our full praise.
Praying for the injured pilot and wishing him a speedy recovery.
